Data Entry Operator / Excel Expert

Advanced Network Solutions (ANS) is looking for a meticulous and technically proficient Data Entry Operator / Excel Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and possess excellent data entry skills. This role involves efficiently managing, organizing, analyzing, and maintaining data and documentation with a high level of accuracy and consistency. The candidate must be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while collaborating effectively with various teams to ensure data integrity.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data within Excel spreadsheets.
- Prepare and maintain reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Organize and manage documentation with attention to detail and consistency.
- Utilize Excel formulas, functions, sorting, filtering, and data validation tools proficiently.
- Create summaries and management reports using Excel to support decision-making.
- Identify and rectify data entry errors and inconsistencies promptly.
- Perform data cleaning, formatting, and reconciliation tasks to ensure data quality.
- Coordinate with field teams and customers to verify data accuracy and completeness.
- Manage multiple Excel files while maintaining well-organized documentation systems.
- Undertake additional data-related tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma/certification.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in data entry, reporting, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex functions and formulas.
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.
