Data Entry Operator / Excel Expert Required

Advanced Network Solutions (ANS) is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Entry Operator / Excel Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of Microsoft Excel and demonstrate excellent data entry abilities. This role involves managing, organizing, analyzing, and maintaining various data sets and documentation with precision and consistency. The successful candidate will contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our data processes while supporting reporting and coordination efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately within Excel spreadsheets.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support business operations.
- Organize and manage documentation ensuring accuracy and consistency across records.
- Utilize Excel formulas, functions, sorting, filtering, and data validation tools effectively.
- Prepare summaries and management reports using Excel to provide actionable insights.
- Identify and correct data entry errors and inconsistencies promptly.
- Perform data cleaning, formatting, and reconciliation to maintain data integrity.
- Coordinate with field teams and customers to ensure smooth data flow and communication.
- Handle multiple Excel files simultaneously while maintaining organized documentation.
- Execute other data-related tasks as assigned by management to support departmental goals.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma/certification in a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in data entry, reporting, or a similar role.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data management tools.
- Good typing speed combined with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a monthly salary of Rs25,000.00. This is an in-person role requiring the candidate to work from the office location.
