SA Ceramics (Pvt.) Ltd., based in Karachi, Pakistan, is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join their team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into relevant systems, databases, and spreadsheets.

- Verify data accuracy before entry to minimize errors and maintain data integrity.
- Organize and maintain files and records systematically.
- Respond to data-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare reports, documents, and summaries as required by management.
- Adhere strictly to company data privacy and security policies.
- Assist in data analysis and ensure proper recordkeeping.
- Perform routine checks and audits to maintain data quality.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within the team.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a data entry role, demonstrating familiarity with data management processes.
- Competitive monthly salary of up to Rs 51,246.52.
