Data Entry operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering product data from various source documents within specified timeframes. This role requires strong proficiency in advanced Excel functions and a commitment to maintaining data integrity. The successful applicant will work closely with administrative teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness, supporting overall organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter product data from source documents promptly and accurately.
- Compile, verify, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry, utilizing advanced Excel skills.
- Review data for errors or deficiencies, correct inconsistencies, and verify output quality.
- Conduct research to obtain additional information for incomplete or unclear documents.
- Apply appropriate data program techniques and procedures to ensure efficient data processing.
- Generate reports, securely store completed work in designated locations, and perform regular backup operations to safeguard data.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience working as a Data Entry Operator with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly advanced Excel, including formulas and data manipulation tools (advanced Excel skills are mandatory).
- Familiarity with general administrative duties and the ability to support office operations.
- Demonstrated typing speed and accuracy to meet data entry demands.
- Excellent command of spelling, grammar, punctuation, and Excel formulas to ensure data quality.
- Strong attention to detail to identify and correct errors promptly.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly.
