Data Entry Operator

We are seeking motivated candidates to join our retail project team. The role involves maintaining accurate product and sales records while supporting content creation for our online platforms. This position requires attention to detail and a willingness to learn, with opportunities to engage in product description writing, photo editing, and short video production for social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and maintain structured product and sales records.
- Create compelling product descriptions to enhance online presence.
- Edit photos and produce short product videos tailored for social media platforms.

Required Qualifications:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and fast, accurate typing skills.
- Fundamental understanding of social media platforms, mobile photo editing, and short video creation.
- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn new skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Familiarity with AI content tools such as ChatGPT is preferred to assist in content creation.
- Work shifts are available in two slots: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM or 12:15 PM to 10:45 PM, with shift assignments rotating based on residential area and branch requirements.
- Multiple branch locations include Sharfabad, Old Dhoraji, Soldier Bazar, Gulshan-e-Maymar, and Shah Faisal.
- Salary ranges from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month, paid between the 7th and 10th of the following month.
- Employees are eligible for a yearly bonus after completing one full year of continuous service.
- The role offers two monthly offs, with an additional non-holiday allowance of Rs. 3,000 to Rs. 5,000 for employees who do not take leave in a month (excluding official holidays). This allowance is paid with the next month’s salary and is not applicable in December and January. The allowance is forfeited if employment ends before completing two months or before the current month ends.
- During peak seasons (March–April and July–August), employees are required to work extended hours of 13 to 15 hours daily with no leave or official holidays. Full attendance during these periods qualifies for a bonus ranging from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 12,000 depending on the month.
