Data Entry Operator

ABS International is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Data Entry & Social Media Outreach Executive. The ideal candidate will be organized, computer-savvy, and possess strong communication skills. This role involves managing data efficiently while conducting social media outreach activities, requiring good online research abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks with accuracy. The position is full-time, onsite in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, with working hours from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM and a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 35,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain well-organized records.
- Collect, update, verify, and manage information using Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Conduct online research to identify potential clients, businesses, influencers, social media pages, and relevant contacts.
- Manage social media outreach through direct messages, emails, and other communication channels.
- Create and maintain organized databases of leads and contacts.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain proper communication records.
- Monitor responses, track interested prospects, and update outreach progress.
- Assist with social media engagement and relationship building.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on data entry and outreach activities.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms.
- Strong online research and data collection skills.
- Understanding of social media outreach and professional communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Responsible, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous experience in data entry, lead generation, online research, social media outreach, or social media management is an advantage but not mandatory.
