Data Entry Operator

Khan Digital Agency (Pvt.) Ltd., located near Habib Bank Chowrangi in Nazimabad, Karachi, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator for a full-time, on-site position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily order processing, coordinating shipments, handling dispatch documentation, and updating tracking information across various e-commerce platforms. This role requires strong data management skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate closely with internal teams and shipping partners to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, update, and maintain daily dispatch sheets and shipment records accurately.
- Manage and record customer orders from WooCommerce and Etsy platforms using spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Supply Chain teams to address and resolve order-related queries and issues.
- Monitor Air Waybill (AWB) numbers daily and update tracking details and order statuses within WooCommerce.
- Manage and respond to daily business emails through Gmail in a timely manner.
- Generate and print shipping labels using FedEx, USPS, and UPS shipping portals.
- Liaise with shipping couriers to resolve delivery delays, shipment discrepancies, and other dispatch-related concerns.
- Track shipments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery to customers.
- Verify order details, shipping addresses, and dispatch information to minimize errors and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders, tracking numbers, and delivery statuses.
- Follow up on pending shipments and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare daily dispatch and order status reports for management review.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data entry and management.
- Basic knowledge of WooCommerce and Etsy order management systems.
- Familiarity with shipping platforms such as FedEx, USPS, and UPS is preferred.
- Strong email communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously and meet daily dispatch deadlines.
- Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, order processing, or e-commerce operations is an advantage.
