Medigas (Pvt) Limited, a company committed to quality and operational efficiency, is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join the team at our Phoolnagar office. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data within various company databases and systems. This role demands strong typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and basic computer proficiency to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data handled.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into company databases and software, including MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems
- Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing source documents
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all company records
- Organize, sort, and file both physical and digital documents systematically
- Perform regular data backups to preserve data integrity
- Generate basic reports as requested by management
- Collaborate with other departments to confirm data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is advantageous; however, freshers are encouraged to apply
- Full-time position with working days from Monday to Saturday
- Monthly salary range: Rs 20,000 to Rs 35,000
- Work location is in person at the Lahore office
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate; an employer-provided relocation package is available
