Data Entry Operator

PAKAFGHAN LOGISTICS, a CTPAT-approved third-party logistics provider specializing in road, rail, air, and ocean freight, as well as warehousing and supply chain solutions across Pakistan, is seeking a female Data Entry Operator for a temporary assignment lasting approximately one month. This on-site position is located at DHA Phase 6, Main Boulevard, Lahore. The selected candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data and records using Excel and other relevant systems. Ensuring data integrity and timely completion of tasks will be essential to support the company’s operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data in Excel spreadsheets and other company systems.
- Maintain and organize records and documentation to ensure easy retrieval and accuracy.
- Verify data for completeness and correctness before final submission.
- Assist with basic administrative and documentation tasks as required.
- Complete all assigned data entry work within established deadlines to support workflow continuity.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Fast and accurate typing skills to handle data entry efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
- Basic communication and computer skills to interact effectively within the team.

This is a full-time temporary position offering a monthly salary range of Rs25,000 to Rs30,000. The role requires the candidate to work on-site at the specified Lahore location.
