Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team for the night shift, working from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data across various systems while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. This role demands strong organizational skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a dedication to achieving productivity targets. The position is based in DHA Phase 1 and offers a fixed monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, and other computer systems.
- Verify and review data to identify and correct errors or missing information.
- Update existing records and maintain detailed and accurate documentation.
- Organize and manage both digital and physical files efficiently.
- Generate reports as requested by management.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all data handled.
- Perform regular data backups to prevent loss.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly productivity goals.

Required Qualifications
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, as well as Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge to navigate various software and systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

This is a full-time, in-person role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The salary for this position is fixed between PKR 25,000 and 30,000 per month. The work location is DHA Phase 1.
