Data entry operator

Markhor IT Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team at our Lahore office on PIA Road. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data within company databases while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines. The role operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and requires in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
- Review and correct errors or inconsistencies in records.
- Organize and maintain digital files and documents.
- Generate reports as requested by management.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and update required data.
- Meet daily and weekly data entry targets.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications
- Intermediate education is mandatory; a degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in data entry or a similar administrative role; fresh candidates with excellent computer skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
