Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team on a part-time night shift basis at our DHA Phase 1 location. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data across various computer systems while ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all information. This role demands strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others. The position offers a fixed monthly salary and requires availability during night hours aligned with UK time.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, and other computer systems. Verify and review data entries to identify and correct any errors or incomplete information. Update and maintain existing records with precision. Efficiently organize and manage both digital and physical files. Generate reports as requested by management to support operational needs. Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive data at all times. Perform regular backups to safeguard against data loss. Work closely with team members to resolve data discrepancies and ensure consistency. Consistently achieve daily and weekly productivity targets to meet organizational goals.

Required Qualifications
Demonstrated fast and accurate typing skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel, along with experience using Google Sheets. Strong attention to detail to guarantee data accuracy and quality. Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with standard data entry processes. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively as part of a team. Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues and management.

Additional Information
This is an in-person role based in DHA Phase 1. The position offers a fixed monthly salary ranging from PKR 25,000 to PKR 30,000. The job type is part-time, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM to 12:00 PM UK time, which corresponds to 11:00 PM to 04:00 AM Pakistan time.
