Data Entry Operator

Umer Supermarket Pvt. Ltd., located in Johar Town, Lahore, is seeking a dedicated Female Data Entry Operator to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing retail data, supporting the branch’s daily operations. This is a full-time, in-person position with working hours from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, with one weekly day off. Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates, especially those with retail data entry experience, are encouraged to apply and should be available to join as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into company systems, ensuring high attention to detail.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word and MS Excel, to manage and organize data.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Assist with routine clerical tasks as required to support branch operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations related to data entry tasks.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of graduation (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proficient user of MS Office, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
- Strong typing skills with a good typing speed.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic mathematical skills to handle numerical data accurately.
- Ability to work full-time hours and join immediately.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in retail data entry is preferred but not mandatory.
- The position is based in Johar Town, Lahore, and requires the candidate to work on-site.
- Full-time employment with a structured schedule from Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM, including a weekly day off.
