Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Assistant to join our team. This role involves accurately entering and maintaining financial and accounting data while supporting the Accounts team with routine tasks. The successful candidate will ensure confidentiality and timely completion of all assigned work. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain financial and accounting data.
- Regularly update spreadsheets, records, invoices, and payment details.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical documentation.
- Verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare basic financial reports to support the Accounts team.
- Ensure confidentiality of data and complete tasks within deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Intermediate candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Good typing speed with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.

Compensation and Work Location
- Monthly salary range: Rs45,000 to Rs50,000.
- Work location: On-site.
