Data Entry Operator (Male/Female) & Female Sales Agent

We are currently looking to fill two positions: Data Entry Operator and Female Sales Agent. Both roles require self-motivated individuals who can work independently and demonstrate strong skills relevant to their respective fields. The Data Entry Operator position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work from home, while the Female Sales Agent role is based in person and involves direct customer interaction. Each position offers a fixed salary, with the Sales Agent role also providing opportunities to earn commissions based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry Operator:
- Accurately enter data using a personal laptop.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
- Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines consistently.
- Work independently from home, maintaining productivity without direct supervision.

Female Sales Agent:
- Communicate professionally and promptly with customers.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to build and maintain relationships.
- Generate sales through effective communication, negotiation, and customer engagement.
- Stay motivated and focused on achieving sales targets.
- Manage customer interactions independently while working from home.

Required Qualifications

Data Entry Operator:
- Must own a personal laptop.
- Have access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
- Strong typing and data entry skills with excellent accuracy.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently from home without supervision.

Female Sales Agent:
- Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills.
- Confident and professional when interacting with customers.
- Motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
