Upscale Valley is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Associate Data Entry Operator / Researcher to join their remote team. This role primarily supports lead generation and data research activities by utilizing strong LinkedIn research capabilities, data scraping skills, and precise data validation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently during the hours of 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time and should have at least six months of experience in a similar position. This opportunity is well-suited for individuals who are self-motivated, meticulous, and technically skilled to contribute effectively to data-driven projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted searches on LinkedIn using specific keywords to identify relevant contacts such as Managers, HR representatives, and other decision-makers.
- Validate and verify professional work email addresses to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data.
- Accurately enter collected data into company systems while maintaining data integrity.
- Periodically update, refresh, and maintain all data records to keep information current and relevant.
- Perform business data scraping from TikTok and Instagram platforms as needed to support marketing and outreach efforts.
- Scrape and extract exhibitor lists from event websites, trade shows, and online directories to assist in business development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for effective lead generation and contact identification.
- Proven ability to perform business data scraping from TikTok and Instagram platforms.
- Expertise in scraping exhibitor lists from various online sources such as event websites and directories.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including basic formatting and the use of formulas for data management.
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute to ensure efficient and timely data entry.
- Good internet research and surfing skills to support comprehensive and accurate data collection.
- Prior experience in data entry, data scraping, and data validation to maintain high-quality datasets.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A minimum of six months’ experience in a similar role is required to ensure familiarity with the tasks and responsibilities.
- This is a full-time remote position, allowing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate.
- Work hours are fixed from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time, suitable for candidates comfortable with this schedule.
- Monthly compensation ranges from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and skill level.
