Tempo Sports, a leading sports equipment manufacturer based in Sialkot, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, high accuracy in data entry, and the ability to efficiently manage and maintain company records. This full-time position offers a competitive salary package ranging from Rs 35,000 to Rs 40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills. The role is located at Tempo Sports on Paris Road, Sialkot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain company data in computer systems and spreadsheets.
- Maintain records related to inventory, purchases, sales, imports, and other business transactions as required.
- Verify data for accuracy and resolve any errors or discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical records.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to collect and verify necessary information.
- Ensure data confidentiality and complete assigned tasks within established deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.
- Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
