Key Responsibilities
- Enter survey data from household questionnaires into the designated database or data entry software with precision and timeliness.
- Verify data entries by cross-checking against original forms to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct basic data cleaning by identifying and correcting errors, missing values, and inconsistencies.
- Prepare preliminary data summaries or tables as requested by the MEAL team to facilitate further analysis.
- Uphold strict data confidentiality and comply with ethical guidelines when handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate closely with Enumerators and the MEAL team to clarify or resolve any missing or unclear data points.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in data entry and data handling.
- Demonstrated experience working on similar projects with national or international NGOs, INGOs, or comparable institutions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in managing data.
- Proficiency in using data entry software and familiarity with basic data cleaning techniques.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards when managing sensitive data.
