The Data Entry Specialist position is a full-time, on-site role located in the Karachi Division. This role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining medical billing and patient information within the company’s systems and databases. The specialist will review source documents daily, verify data completeness and accuracy, correct discrepancies, and ensure all work complies with established data standards and confidentiality protocols. Collaboration with team members to resolve data issues, supporting administrative workflows, and assisting with basic customer or client inquiries related to data records are also key components of the role. The position demands strong attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and a commitment to supporting efficient revenue cycle operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update medical billing and patient information into company databases.
- Review source documents for completeness and correctness, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
