Data Entry Specialist

Figout, a white-label design partner specializing in graphic design, brand identity, web design, product UI/UX, and CMS development for agency partners, is looking for an experienced CV and Job Application Data Entry Specialist to join their team. This full-time, on-site position involves identifying relevant job opportunities, customizing CVs using AI tools, and submitting accurate applications on behalf of candidates. The role requires close collaboration within the office to achieve weekly targets and support the growth of the Job Application Department.

Key Responsibilities
- Search for suitable job vacancies on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Accurately enter and update candidate information in internal databases.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to tailor CVs according to specific job descriptions.
- Optimize CVs with ATS-friendly keywords to enhance visibility and increase the chances of selection.
- Prepare cover letters and application responses as required.
- Submit precise and targeted job applications on behalf of candidates.
- Maintain an organized tracker to monitor the status of applications and follow-ups.
- Communicate with employers or recruitment platforms to follow up on application responses and complete necessary correspondence.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in job application processing, CV writing, or data entry roles.
- Strong proficiency in AI-based tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms for content customization.
- Good understanding of ATS-friendly CV formatting and keyword optimization techniques.
- Fast and accurate data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site consistently and meet weekly performance targets.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
