Data Entry Trainee / Freshers

We are a growing software house located in Nazimabad, Karachi, serving international clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Executive to join our team full-time. This role requires on-site presence and operates on a night shift from Monday to Saturday. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting our operations by accurately managing data and efficiently handling bids on the Upwork platform.

Key Responsibilities
Create and submit bids on Upwork according to established strategies and guidelines. Search for, analyze, and identify projects that align with the company’s services. Enter, update, and maintain accurate bid records using spreadsheets and CRM systems. Customize proposal templates to meet specific client requirements. Track the progress of submitted bids, including responses, interviews, and conversions. Maintain organized records of client communications and project details while ensuring the confidentiality of company and client information. Provide support to sales and operations teams through reporting and administrative tasks. Consistently meet daily and weekly bidding targets within set deadlines.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling is essential. Candidates should have a good typing speed and the ability to work efficiently. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Word is required. A basic understanding of the Upwork marketplace and bidding process is preferred, though training will be provided. The ability to follow instructions and work independently is important. Good written English communication skills are necessary. Strong time management and task prioritization skills are also required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, it is not mandatory. Proficiency in English is an advantage. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs15,000 to Rs18,000.
