Project Manager - AI Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Project Manager – AI Team Leader to guide cross-functional AI/ML teams in delivering high-impact projects. This role blends project management expertise with a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies to ensure timely, strategic delivery of innovative solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:
- Own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of AI and ML projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and deliverables.
- Track progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, and researchers.
- Foster collaboration between product, engineering, and data science teams.
Technical Oversight:
- Understand AI/ML workflows (e.g., data pipelines, model training, deployment) to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate clearly with executives, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and present project updates, risk analyses, and post-mortem reports.
Agile/Lean Practices:
- Implement Agile or hybrid methodologies tailored to AI development cycles.
- Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure best practices in AI ethics, model governance, and reproducibility.
- Coordinate with data privacy and legal teams when handling sensitive data.
