The Data Implementation Specialist role focuses on onboarding customers by managing data migration, manipulation, and validation, while collaborating with development teams and clients to meet technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with customers during onboarding to ensure smooth data migration and provide tailored solutions based on their system usage.
- Gather, validate, and rectify customer data into Excel templates, then import data using import utilities.
- Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to handle repetitive and detailed data manipulation tasks.
- Format raw data into import-ready templates and validate data before and after uploads, maintaining records on the Jira platform.
- Write and test custom SQL queries to extract data from Azure databases; basic SQL scripting knowledge is required.
- Participate in the Agile development cycle, demonstrating strong communication and documentation skills.
- Manage deadlines and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
- Communicate with customers through various channels to analyze and evaluate their technical requirements.
- Handle customer escalations in line with SLAs and support agreements.
- Provide innovative solutions to end-user problems, tailoring responses to individual customer needs.
- Present complex technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Coordinate issue resolution with internal teams to ensure timely and effective outcomes, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare internal reports using Excel, Power BI, and other tools.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with data reporting and visualization tools.
- At least 2 years of recent experience in a software solutions environment, preferably within the service management industry.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience documenting root cause analyses.
- Ability to produce accurate customer specification documents for development teams.
- Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment and aptitude for learning new methods.
- Experience with ticket tracking and logging tools.
- Proven experience communicating with clients via email and video conferencing platforms such as Zoom or Teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and continuously improve work performance.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
