Data Mining & Email Marketing Specialist

RenderLand is a 3D visualization studio specializing in photorealistic architectural renders, including interior and exterior visualizations, landscape renders, 3D floor plans, and walkthrough animations. We collaborate with architects, designers, builders, and real estate professionals to bring their projects to life through high-quality visual content. As part of our growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support our data research, lead generation, and email marketing initiatives. This role focuses on gathering and organizing business data, identifying potential clients, extracting relevant contact information, and managing targeted email outreach campaigns to drive business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on target industries to identify potential clients.
- Extract business information and contact details from various online sources.
- Build, verify, and maintain accurate and up-to-date lead databases.
- Segment prospect lists based on criteria such as industry, location, and business type.
- Create and manage targeted email campaigns, including follow-up communications.
- Write personalized outreach emails tailored to different audience segments.
- Track campaign performance metrics and maintain detailed records within the CRM system.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in data mining, web research, and data extraction.
- Excellent written English with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with lead generation processes and email marketing strategies.
- Experience working with spreadsheets, email outreach tools, or CRM platforms.
- Ability to organize data accurately and work independently in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
