This is fantastic opportunity to work for a UK company with a new office in Pakistan.
We are looking for talented and passionate Full Stack PHP Developers to become part of a new startup team developing cloud solutions for multi-channel retailers using platforms such as Amazon and eBay.
If you have a passion for learning, writing clean code and following best practices and have in depth understanding of Javascript (VueJS), HTML5/CSS3, SQL (MySQL), PHP(Laravel) we would like to meet you.
Please note the interview will be conducted in English and will include a conceptual and live coding test. Please only apply if you meet the requirements below.
Key Skills
Minimum 3-4 years experience in a similar role
Strong background in PHP Development using OOP and design principles using PHP Frameworks
Experience of at least one widely used MVC framework (Symfony or Laravel preferred)
In-depth HTML, CSS and JavaScript knowledge
Experience in Javascript frameworks such as AngularJS, React or VueJS (preferred)
Confident using MySQL and experience with an ORM
Experience in PHP testing frameworks & tools eg. PHPUnit, Mockery, Codeception, Infection, Dusk etc.
Experience with version control systems (preferably GIT)
Familiarity with Composer and Packagist eco-system
Experience in working in a Linux or Unix environment
Excellent written and spoken English
Desirable Skills
Building scalable systems
API development experience
Experience in deploying to and maintaining applications on Paas providers, preferably Google Cloud platform
Experience in configuration and setup of CI systems
Experience with Docker and containerised applications
Experience in using Selenium or other Browser test frameworks
Ability to mentor junior developers
