We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Operations Specialist to join our team based in Rawat Industrial Area, Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will have a foundational understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in MS Excel and Word. This role focuses on managing and maintaining accurate operational and financial data to support various departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain company data across various platforms.
- Organize financial and operational records in a systematic and accessible manner.
- Provide data management support to the Accounts department as well as other teams.
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain comprehensive documentation for internal use.
- Ensure the accuracy of data and uphold strict confidentiality standards at all times.
- Utilize MS Excel, MS Word, and company-specific software efficiently to perform daily tasks.
- Conduct basic data verification and reconcile records to ensure consistency.
- Assist with daily administrative and operational activities as required by the team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BBA, BS Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and general computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Candidates residing near Rawat Industrial Area, Rawalpindi will be given preference due to the in-person nature of this role.
- This position requires physical presence at the workplace and is not remote.
