Key Responsibilities:
- Develop complex, original question-and-answer pairs focused on advanced topics within your area of expertise.
- Design questions that require multi-step problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Provide detailed, clear solutions that adhere to high academic standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously refine and enhance the quality of content.

Required Qualifications:
- A Master’s, Bachelor’s, or equivalent degree in Diagnostics & Laboratory Medicine is essential.
- Strong proficiency in English writing, including excellent grammar, clarity, and the ability to explain complex concepts concisely.

Candidates will undergo a subject-specific qualification exam to assess their suitability for the role, along with identity verification as part of the hiring process.

Payment and Benefits:
- Pay rates currently range from $8 to $12 USD per hour, varying based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project requirements, and other factors.
- Higher rates may be available for candidates with PhD qualifications.
- This is a contractual position offering the flexibility to work remotely within a global AI community of over one million contributors.
