Data & QA Intern

IT Solutions Hub 2010 (Pvt) Ltd is offering a full-time, on-site internship opportunity for a Data & QA Intern. This three-month unpaid internship provides a valuable chance to gain hands-on experience in data management and quality assurance within a dynamic technology company focused on delivering secure digital solutions to a global, primarily European, clientele. Interns will work on real-world projects such as data structuring for websites and AI chatbots, gaining exposure to international market standards. Exceptional performance during the internship may lead to a permanent, paid role within the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct data research and compile accurate data sets from multiple sources to support website content, digital platforms, and upcoming business initiatives.
- Assist in structuring, formatting, and refining data to train and optimize AI chatbots for both client-facing and internal applications.
- Support the operations and technical teams in creating, updating, and maintaining well-organized databases.
- Perform data quality checks by reviewing information for accuracy, consistency, and completeness to ensure reliable inputs for all systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and assist with daily data entry and research tasks.

Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of data management principles, data entry, and database structures.
- Proficiency with fundamental data tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with database software like SQL or Access is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills, including online research capabilities, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- High level of self-motivation and eagerness to learn data handling techniques in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English to engage professionally in an international business context.
