Data Quality Executive

Zameen.com is looking for a detail-oriented Data Quality Executive to support its Bayut and Dubizzle operations. This role is essential in maintaining the accuracy and quality of product listings, ensuring they meet the company’s standards for reliability and efficiency. The position involves managing spam and competitor data, verifying listings, and conducting daily audits to uphold data integrity. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all product listings comply with the company’s quality and efficiency standards.
- Effectively manage spam and competitor data sections.
- Review listings both manually and through XML Feed or XLS files; update locations and approve or reject listings after verifying details such as price, location, type, and purpose.
- Evaluate emails marked as spam and decide on approval or rejection.
- Regularly monitor and clear bounced emails to maintain communication flow.
- Conduct image quality assurance following established guidelines.
- Collect and update competitor counts in the CRM system, including adding and updating new clients sourced from competitors.
- Verify the details of newly registered agents on the portal to ensure accuracy.
- Update location data and XML feed mapping on a daily basis.
- Perform daily website audits to maintain high data quality standards.
- Report new localities to the relevant department for inclusion in the system.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience ranging from 6 months to 1 year in data management or data entry roles.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Candidates must be based in or willing to work from Gulberg, Lahore.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Proficiency in computer software, especially MS Word and Excel.
