Data Quality Executive

Zameen.com is seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality Executive to support its Bayut and Dubizzle operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and quality of product listings, ensuring that all data meets the company’s standards for efficiency and reliability. This position involves managing spam and competitor sections, verifying listing details, and conducting daily audits to uphold data integrity across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all products comply with the company’s quality and efficiency standards, including managing spam and competitor-related content.
- Review listings submitted manually, via XML feeds, or XLS files; verify details such as price, location, type, and purpose before approving or rejecting them.
- Monitor and review all emails flagged as spam, making appropriate approval or rejection decisions.
- Manage and clear bounced emails regularly to maintain communication effectiveness.
- Perform quality assurance on images according to established guidelines.
- Collect and update competitor data in the CRM system, including adding new clients from competitors.
- Verify the details of newly registered agents on the portal to ensure authenticity.
- Update location information and manage XML feed mapping on a daily basis.
- Conduct daily website audits to maintain high data quality standards.
- Identify and report new localities to the relevant department for inclusion in the system.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience ranging from 6 months to 1 year in data management or data entry roles.
- A minimum of a graduation degree is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow up effectively.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Word and Excel.
- This is an entry-level position based in Gulberg, Lahore.
