We are seeking a skilled professional with strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI and data visualization to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and report-writing abilities, along with strong organizational skills. Experience working with healthcare data is highly desirable. This role involves developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to support operational decision-making, analyzing data to uncover trends, and effectively communicating insights to stakeholders. The successful candidate will also play a key role in managing internal and external communications, including crisis communication and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI to support the operations team.
- Analyze and manage data to identify trends and insights, ensuring accuracy through SQL-based data collection and analysis.
- Present data findings to stakeholders with actionable recommendations, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and support ad-hoc data analysis requests.
- Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies, including the creation of newsletters, press releases, and management of social media channels.
- Engage with stakeholders by organizing meetings and ensuring consistent communication across all platforms.
- Manage crisis communication efforts while ensuring compliance with organizational communication protocols.
- Create program reports, briefs, brochures, human-interest stories, and high-quality visual content.
- Lead program events and workshops, supporting the maintenance of a communication calendar to ensure timely and organized outreach activities.

Required Qualifications

- Proven expertise in Microsoft Power BI and data visualization techniques.
- Strong command of SQL for data analysis and management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in report writing.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Experience working with healthcare data is considered a significant advantage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience with Tableau and other BI tools is preferred.
- Background in developing communication strategies and managing social media presence.
- Ability to handle crisis communication and maintain adherence to communication protocols.
- Experience in event management and content creation, including newsletters and brochures.
