We are looking for a talented Data Scientist to join All4U in a fully remote, client-facing role supporting projects based in the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying data-driven solutions using machine learning and statistical methods. This role requires frequent direct interaction with US clients through interviews, technical discussions, and presentations, so strong English communication skills are essential. You will collaborate with distributed teams across multiple time zones to deliver high-impact data science solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into effective data science and machine learning solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and statistical evaluations.
- Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models using techniques such as classification, regression, clustering, forecasting, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive modeling.
- Design and implement experiments and A/B tests to assess model performance and business impact.
- Deploy machine learning models into production environments and monitor their ongoing effectiveness.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues to improve model accuracy continuously.
- Clearly communicate technical approaches, solutions, and project results to US clients.
- Work collaboratively with distributed teams across different time zones to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles.
- Proficiency in Python, including libraries such as Pandas and NumPy, and strong SQL skills.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks like Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of statistics, model evaluation, feature engineering, and optimization techniques.
- Practical experience with deploying machine learning models and MLOps best practices.
- Familiarity working with large datasets and cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, and Databricks.
- Experience with data visualization tools including Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, and dashboard creation.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage US clients in video meetings and technical interviews.
- Ability to explain technical projects, methodologies, results, and business impact clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Equivalent practical experience demonstrating strong Data Science and Machine Learning expertise will also be considered.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), time-series forecasting, and recommendation systems.
- Knowledge of cloud machine learning platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, and Google Vertex AI.
- Previous client-facing, consulting, or remote engineering experience is highly desirable.
- Compensation includes a base pay of 2,200 USDC per month, with up to a 10% performance bonus based on project outcomes.
- This is a fully remote, project-based position working directly with US clients. Engineers may be assigned to multiple projects depending on business needs.
