We are looking for a skilled and experienced female Data Scientist to join our innovative technology team on a fully remote basis. The ideal candidate will have over three years of professional experience in software development and data science, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning. This role requires direct communication with US clients, so excellent English communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will work with large, complex datasets to develop data-driven solutions that support both business and technical decision-making. Compensation is set at $2,200 USD per project per month, with the potential to earn a performance bonus of up to 10%.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, process, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to address complex challenges.
- Identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights from both structured and unstructured data sources.
- Build, evaluate, and continuously improve predictive models to drive better business outcomes.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and create clear, impactful data visualizations to communicate findings.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, data analysts, and other team members to deliver integrated solutions.
- Communicate technical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuously refine analytical processes and data solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Data Science or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with essential data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning methodologies.
- Experience with SQL and database management.
- Skilled in data visualization tools and techniques to present complex data clearly.
- Proven ability to handle large datasets and perform thorough data preprocessing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong English communication skills, vital for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
