The Data Scientist role involves analyzing complex datasets to extract actionable insights that drive business decisions. This position requires building and deploying predictive models using machine learning techniques, Python, and SQL. The successful candidate will present findings through clear visualizations and reports, enabling stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions that create measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, assess, automate, and govern data science projects aimed at improving customer understanding and enabling targeted marketing campaigns.
- Build statistical models including predictive analytics, clustering, segmentation (behavioral, payment, lifestyle), digital propensity and churn models, stratified sampling based on key performance indicators, and association rule mining for product affinity, primarily using open-source tools such as Python and R.
- Establish credit risk and default probability models, with experience in credit scoring, probability of default modeling, and collections optimization considered an advantage.
- Design and implement model deployment pipelines following MLOps best practices.
- Conduct ad hoc data analysis, investigative analytics, and profiling using complex SQL queries as part of daily operations.
- Collaborate proactively with business units and department heads to provide advanced analytics, data modeling, and actionable insights.
- Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to manage data science projects and serve as a liaison between commercial users and the technology department.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a relevant area is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Data Science, with a focus on machine learning and generative AI technologies.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages.
- Experience working with generative AI and agentic AI frameworks.
