Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation through Solution Development:
Support the Go-To-Market strategy by contributing to the development of solutions and proof of concepts aligned with key offerings. This enables solution-led sales and strengthens client engagement. Collaborate with academic institutions and colleges to drive research initiatives and provide data science courses, fostering innovation and talent development.

Revenue Generation through Building and Operationalizing Machine Learning Solutions:
Design and develop machine learning and deep learning models aimed at decision augmentation and automation. Work closely with machine learning engineers, data engineers, and IT teams to evaluate and implement deployment options for ML solutions, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.

Team Management:
Support talent management activities including onboarding and training to enhance team capabilities and effectiveness. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and skill development within the team.

Performance Metrics:
- Demand generation measured by the number of proof of concepts supported.
- Revenue generation assessed through timely delivery, customer success stories, and documented use cases.
- Capability building evaluated by the number of new skills acquired within the team.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in data science, with a strong focus on machine learning and AI solution delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and operationalize machine learning and deep learning models.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including ML engineers, data engineers, and IT professionals.
- Strong skills in managing and mentoring teams to build capabilities and improve performance.
