Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation through Solution Development: Collaborate closely with sales, pre-sales, and consulting teams to support the Go-To-Market strategy by creating compelling solutions and propositions that drive proactive demand generation. Contribute to the development of solutions and proof of concepts aligned with key offerings to enable solution-led sales. Additionally, engage with colleges and institutes for recruitment partnerships, joint research initiatives, and delivering data science courses.

Revenue Generation through Building and Operationalizing AI/ML Solutions: Design and develop machine learning and deep learning models aimed at decision augmentation and automation. Work collaboratively with ML engineers, data engineers, and IT teams to evaluate deployment options for machine learning models. Integrate model performance management tools into existing business infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.

Team Management: Support the recruitment process to onboard the right talent for the team. Facilitate onboarding and training programs to enhance team capabilities and effectiveness. Manage team attrition and conduct timely performance reviews, providing constructive feedback to direct reports. Act as a role model by exemplifying key organizational habits and ensuring adherence to performance management processes. Lead initiatives to boost employee satisfaction and engagement within the team.

Deliverables and Performance Metrics: Drive demand generation measured by order bookings. Ensure revenue generation through timely delivery, customer success stories, and documented use cases. Focus on capability building by tracking the percentage of team members trained on new skills and managing team attrition rates effectively.

Required Qualifications

- Extensive experience of 8-10 years in data science, machine learning, and AI solution development.
- Proven ability to architect and lead the delivery of machine learning and AI projects.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, consulting, engineering, and academic partners.
- Experience in managing teams, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Familiarity with integrating machine learning models into business infrastructure and managing model performance.
