Data Scraper / B2B Lead Generation Executive (Evening Shift)

ICON Global (Private) Limited is seeking a dedicated Data Scraper / B2B Lead Generation Executive to join the Business Development team. This full-time, onsite position is based in DHA Phase II Extension, Karachi, with working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The role focuses on researching, collecting, and verifying high-quality B2B prospect data to support the company’s sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building targeted lead lists and maintaining accurate databases to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential B2B prospects aligned with target industries and markets.
- Develop comprehensive lead lists containing detailed company and decision-maker information.
- Collect and verify email addresses using specialized lead generation and email verification tools.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date lead databases using Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM platforms.
- Eliminate duplicate and outdated records to ensure the highest data quality.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development teams to meet lead generation requirements.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and techniques in lead generation and data scraping.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or currently enrolled in a degree program.
- Between 6 months to 1 year of experience in data scraping, lead generation, or data research.
- Practical experience with data scraping tools and browser extensions.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, business directories, and B2B prospecting methods.
- Knowledge of email verification and list-building software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong internet research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
