Data Verification/ Data Management Executive

Zameen.com is seeking a detail-oriented Data Verification Executive to support its Bayut and Dubizlee operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of property listings on the platform. This position involves verifying data, managing spam and competitor information, and ensuring that all listings meet the company’s standards for quality and efficiency. The role is based in Gulberg, Lahore, and is suited for entry-level professionals with a background in data management and strong computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all products meet the quality and efficiency standards set by the company, including managing the spam and competitor sections.
- Review property listings submitted manually, via XML feeds, or XLS files; update location details and approve or reject listings after verifying price, location, type, and purpose.
- Examine all emails marked as spam and determine whether to approve or reject them.
- Monitor and clear bounced emails regularly to maintain communication efficiency.
- Conduct image quality assurance following established guidelines to ensure visual content meets company standards.
- Collect and update competitor data in the CRM system, including adding new clients from competitors and maintaining accurate counts.
- Verify details of newly registered agents on the portal to ensure authenticity and accuracy.
- Update location information and manage XML feed mapping on a daily basis to keep data current.
- Perform daily website audits (quality assurance) to maintain the integrity and quality of data across the platform.
- Report new localities to the relevant department for inclusion in the system, supporting the expansion of property coverage.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in data management or data entry.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of computer software, particularly MS Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow up effectively.
- Location preference: Gulberg, Lahore.
