Key Responsibilities

- Understand product and software requirements thoroughly to contribute effectively to design and development.
- Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Investigate problem areas and follow the software development life cycle to deliver robust solutions.
- Facilitate root cause analysis for system issues and identify opportunities to improve system performance and availability.
- Convert client requirements into feasible designs and collaborate closely with functional teams and systems analysts.
- Engage with project managers to gather information on software capabilities and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Perform coding tasks ensuring optimal software/module development while evaluating operational feasibility.
- Develop and automate software validation processes by designing and executing test cases and scenarios.
- Modify software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, enhance performance, or upgrade interfaces.
- Analyze information to recommend installations or modifications of systems.
- Ensure code quality by maintaining error-free, bug-free software and comprehensive documentation.
- Prepare detailed reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status updates.
- Coordinate daily project status and progress with the team, documenting all relevant information.
- Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, trace quality risks, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Regularly obtain client feedback to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and new programming languages.
- Consult with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop performance specifications.
- Document solutions thoroughly using flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, and formal reports.
- Maintain professional communication with customers, ensuring timely responses and adherence to business etiquette.
- Manage fault report tracking and ensure no complaints arise internally or externally.

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in software design, development, testing, and maintenance.
- Strong expertise in Databricks platform and related technologies.
- Proven ability to deliver 100% error-free software onboarding and implementation.
- Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting, customer experience management, and adherence to project schedules.
- Experience in generating timely and accurate MIS reports and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
