Dataiku Data Science Studio (DSS)

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust data solutions that support data generation, collection, and processing activities. The role involves creating efficient data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing ETL (extract, transform, and load) processes to enable smooth data migration and deployment across various systems. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize data workflows and contribute to the organization’s overall data infrastructure and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead the team to achieve project goals.
- Take ownership of team decisions and provide guidance on technical challenges.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to contribute to key architectural and operational decisions.
- Deliver effective solutions to problems encountered within the immediate team and across other teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures aligned with business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and maintain high standards of data quality.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and encourage knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working with Dataiku Data Science Studio (DSS).
- Proven expertise in building and managing ETL pipelines to support data migration and integration efforts.
- Strong understanding of data quality assurance techniques and data validation processes.
- Familiarity with various data storage solutions and database management systems.
- Ability to optimize data workflows for improved performance and scalability.
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex data-related issues.
- Educational background with 15 years of full-time formal education.
