Our offerings including an ePharmacy platform with very reputable hospital partners, refill reminders, eLabs at home, Doctor Chat & Appointments, and an in-house team of qualified healthcare professionals to provide advice as and when needed.
Responsibilities
· Review and execute physician’s prescriptions checking their appropriateness and legality
· Listen carefully to customers to interpret their needs and issues and offer information and advice
· Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations and procedures
· Liaison with the Customer Service and Operations team to ensure that the correct prescriptions are being dispatched to customers
Skills and Experience
· Fresh to 1 year of experience
· High levels of accuracy, and attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
· Good administration and computer skills
· Degree in Pharmacy
· Valid license to practice the profession
