We are looking for a hard working passionate Production Manager having qualification Qualification Pharm D / Msc Chemistry for Lahore plant.
Job Role
Responsible for daily/monthly production planning.
Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Medicine Production
- Knowledge of Unani / herbal medicine manufacturing
- Command in Quality Control & Quality Assurance
- Preparation of daily/monthly production reports.
- Preparing and maintain BMR
- Responsible to coordinate with planning & materials management department for production.
- To control and reduce WIP.
- Streamline production process.
- Implementation of GMP & safety rules in the production area.
- Planning according to the sales forecast and timely delivery of new product launches.
- Organizing relevant training sessions
- Determining & improving quality control standards
- Ensuring health & safety requirement are met
- Develop/Implement effective SOP for the plant
- Fulfill requirements of DRAP Form 6
- Any other task that are assigned by management as per your job requirement.
- Team Player and have the ability to work with the cross functional teams.
- Proactive approach in problem solving and devise creative solutions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Beneficial Skills
- Good working knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets
- Knowledge of ERP system
- DRAP regulations
