Responsibility:

Review and Check Working of Cashier.
Review and check salary sheet and get finalized every month.
Costing of all products.
Letter writing & Email Correspondence.
Prepartion of monthly sales & recovery report.
Prepartion of monthly cash flow statement.
Prepartion of Sales agents commission monthly.
Email,Personal and Telephonic correspondence with all banks.
Prepartion of WHT challans.
Implementation & handling of Peachtree Accounting Softwar.
Handling of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
Work with internal and external auditors during reviews and audits to ensure full cooperation from accounting staff and compliance with all qualified requests.
All other tasks & reports as instructed by Owners and management.
