Raw Material Store Incharge

Dawakhana Hakim Ajmal Khan is seeking a dedicated Raw Material Store Incharge to oversee the efficient management of raw materials within the organization. The successful candidate is responsible for managing the entire inventory process, ensuring the quality and compliance of materials, and supervising a team of seven personnel. This role requires a solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes to maintain smooth and safe operations within the store. The Raw Material Store Incharge plays a critical role in coordinating the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials while maintaining accurate documentation and facilitating communication between production and procurement teams. The individual must be proactive in identifying potential issues, solving problems that arise in daily operations, and promoting a safe and productive work environment. Proven experience in inventory management combined with strong team leadership skills will be essential to excel in this position.
Responsibilities

Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials to ensure timely and accurate supply for production needs.
Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies and material shortages.
Ensure all raw materials comply with quality standards by performing thorough quality inspections in collaboration with quality control teams.
Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for store operations.
Supervise and lead a team of seven store personnel, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
Maintain precise documentation related to material receipt, storage conditions, movement, and usage in compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with procurement and production departments to align stock availability with manufacturing schedules.
Identify process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance safety within the raw material store.
Resolve operational issues promptly, including discrepancies in records, damaged materials, or delayed deliveries.
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe storage area that complies with health and safety regulations.
Prepare reports on inventory status, material consumption, and any deviations or non-compliance incidents.
Facilitate communication within the team and other departments to maintain a smooth workflow and address any concerns related to raw material handling.
