• Responding to user inquiries and diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. (on-site / Remote)
  • Provide support for online meetings. (on-site / Remote)
  • Analyzing user complaints research solutions, and give recommendation as per user requirements.
  • Managing and prioritizing support tickets through a helpdesk system or ticketing software. You will be responsible for documenting and tracking all user requests, ensuring timely resolution, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams if necessary.
  • Assisting end-users with various IT-related tasks such as system configurations, software installations, password resets, and account management. You will provide clear and concise instructions to help users navigate through technical challenges and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Maintaining effective communication with end-users and their heads if required, colleagues, and other IT teams to exchange information.
  • Provide updates on ongoing issues to the Team Lead/ Manager or top management.
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of a knowledge base by documenting common issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps. This helps create a repository of resources that can be utilized by both the helpdesk team and end-users for self-service support.
  • Identifying recurring issues and suggesting improvements to existing processes or systems to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Hardware inventory verification, labeling, and report compilation; share report to Hardware Desk team.

Required Skill Set

Thorough understanding and working knowledge of followings:

  • Graduate (preferred Computer Science)
  • Relevant diploma/courses
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Min 2-year experience
  • Windows Desktop OS
  • Mac OS X (Preferred)
  • Windows-based Domain architecture
  • LAN technologies
  • Ability to understand Events & Logs Monitoring
  • Team player
