From BM to Head of Service Operations position can take 7 years for the right candidate


The key deliverable for this position are:

  • Manage all after sale service complaints and resolve them as per the standard timeline.
  • Visit dealer on regular basis and ensure that all the dealer related problems are being solved timely.
  • Maintain good relations with customers and provide them satisfactory services within policy framework.
  • Identify new potential business areas for Spare Parts Sales.
  • Increase of part sales and expansion of part dealers’ network in the assigned territory.Maintain proper inventory of parts for smooth operation of branch
  • Control warranty cost & expenses and ensure profitability.
  • Gross Salary of PKR 50,000 to 60,000 per month along with 800 cc car and monthly incentive on achievement of targets.
