- Provide supervisory input in respect of accounting transactions.
- Manage all internal and external stakeholders including the tax advisors and auditors.
- Prepare cash budget, monthly fund requirements and manage company’s working capital.
- Contribute to the timely preparation of annual budgets.
- Preparation of periodic corporate reports.
- Preparation of periodic analysis on financial statements.
- Lead the finance team in execution of external audit.
- Analyze vendor aging report.
- Responsible for compliance of sales tax and income tax withholding.
- Supervise the team for compliance of tax notices.
- Ensure compliance with SOP’s and internal control policies
- Analysis and supervision of correct recording of import projects.
- Analyze OPEX transactions on monthly basis.
- Supervise maintenance of accounting records documentation.
- Ensure adequate controls are installed and that substantiating documentation is approved and available
- Ensure implementation of changes in accounting standards
- Support supply chain team in respect of tariff related matters
- Prepare and submit representation relating to tax proposals at appropriate forums
