- Managing Debtor’s Collection.
- Managing Remittance & Bank reconciliations.
- Managing Petty Cash for branch daily expenses.
- Preparation of Debtor's Aging reports
- Verification of Pricing & Discounts of each SKU as per company’s policies.
- Preparation of different analytical reports for management by using Ms-Office applications, SAP.
- Over all Accounts Payable Management of branch operations.
- Monitoring of stakeholders’ Incentives, claims, fines as per Sales Policies.
- Controlling of Dealers Securities & Advances as per Company Policies.
- Reconciliation of Receivable and Dealers Accounts with the coordination of Sales Team on daily basis.
- To prepare, maintain & submit Tax payable of Suppliers
- Ware houses Inventory Audit & Reconciliations.
- Monthly Sales Closing and Reporting to Head Office.
- Help Sales Team for different types of Sales Analysis on daily basis.
