  • Local company Invoices generation and recording.
  • Taxations, Challans creations and Payments Via banks.
  • Supervising and recording Exchange gain/Loss on cash transactions on cash transactions
  • Petty cash activities handling and documents management for Audit.
  • Company documentations management
  • External dealings/meetings with consultants/Auditors of companies
  • Couriers management
  • Customers and Vendors Invoices saving and cross checking.
  • Follow ups on Account Payables/Receivables.
  • Payments, Receipts Recording, Payroll Management
  • EOBI Office matters dealing
  • Bank visits.
  • Printing/Scanning
