This position requires an employee with extensive experience in the field of Sales & Marketing and work as team Head.
Track competition product pricing & work towards improving specification & competitiveness. Suggest the product portfolios to sales administration.
Support the sales team in achieving the sales objectives.
Administering client accounts by tracking on project schedules & follow up with team on regular basis.
Hold meeting with reports and review performance for helping them achieve the targets.
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
Providing presales technical assistance and product education
Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts and solving client problems.
Providing training and producing support material for members of the sales team.
Prioritize both time and project working independently.
Prepare & submit daily sales & call reports.
Monthly sales against target achieving report.
Demonstrate leadership by leading the examples, coach, motivate & develop the team.
Managing developing and leading all the sales staff.
Responsible for allowances of all credits as per system generated.
Maintain and up to date credit Ledgers.
Coordinate with the team regularly regarding imports (Supply & Chain).
Responsible for the Display maintenance.
Arranging and organizing sales meeting regularly.
Fully updated and aware about the company discount policy.
Keep an eye for solving the dispatch issues from both ends (Customers & Staff).
